The raid followed revelations in the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee by Cezarah Discaya herself that she owned nine construction firms, which sometimes competed against each other in government project biddings.
Senators said this raised strong suspicions of collusion in the Department of Public Works and Highways flood control contracts, with Discaya-linked firms cornering more than 400 projects worth around ₱30 billion since 2022.
Discaya also told senators she owned 28 luxury vehicles, valued at nearly ₱200 million, including a Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mercedes Benz models., This news data comes from:http://qfbj-llfi-ewc-dtcw.gyglfs.com
